Step #1Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialCut approximately 12 inches of 18 gauge half-hard round wire.Step #2Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialLoosely find the middle of the wire.  I like to hold the ends together and make kind of an oval.Step #3Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialAdjustable Triangle Ring TutorialAdjustable Triangle Ring TutorialHold the wire in the middle with squared pliers.  Then fold the wire down forming a square. If you don't have this tool, you can make two bends using your chain nose pliers.Step #4Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialFigure out what size ring you would like to make.  You'll wrap around the size smaller.  This ring is adjustable, but it's a little better to have the ring a little too small and adjust it larger than the other way.I hold my thumb on the bent square part and wrap the two ends around.  The loose ends will be on the outside of the square piece.Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialStep #5Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialTrim off the wire so it's approximately an inch and a half past the point where it's parallel with the square part.Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialStep #6Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialUse the triangle mandrel from the Mandrel 4X to form a triangle going away from the ring on each end.If you don't have this tool, form a triangle using your pliers.Adjustable Triangle Ring TutorialAdjustable Triangle Ring TutorialRings Every Day Month Premium CalendarLove making rings?  Want to challenge yourself?Ready for the Rings Every Day Month? It starts April 1st!  Learn more here.Rings Every Day
